What We Sell?
We sell a variety of different chickens, other than the standard generic white broilers that are found in all supermarkets and meat markets. We specialize in bringing “country chicken” and other kinds of poultry that are typically not found in supermarkets and meat markets.
In addition to the Cornish Chicken (white broilers), we provide Red Pullets (female), Red Cockerels (male), Sasso and Grey Chicken, Roosters, Red Fowls and Spent Hens (old hens, egg layers), Guinea Hens, Ducks (Muscovy & Pekin), Pigeons, Rabbits, Quail, and many other items throughout the year such as Turkeys during the holidays, and other animals for cultural and religious events.
We also provide different sizes and kinds of livestock such as lambs (young), sheep (old), Billy Goats, Nanny Goats, Ram Goats, Kid Goats, Calves (veal meat), and Feeder Cattle (Steer and Heifer Cows)
Sasso Red Chicken
Our red chicken is savory and juicy, with good portions of flavorful meat from the breast, wings, and thighs. The Sasso Red Chicken is raised slowly to sized chickens are always available.
The Classic White Chicken is a popular favorite because of its hefty portions of white breast-meat. These chickens are grown naturally, so perfectly-sized chickens are available in a seasonal basis.
A meat-type chicken that is high in protein. It is very lean and has less fat than regular chicken.
Guinea hen are of West African origins. This small hardy bird is a relative of the chicken and pheasant, but has a much darker meat than either. They are more flavorful and gamey tasting than regular chicken, but do not have tough tendons like pheasants either.
Red fowl is a common name for egg-laying hens. Their extra-firm meat is perfect for soup-making and slow-cooking because it never loses its taste or texture.
Nothing brings people together like turkey dinner. So a perfectly delicious turkey are available during the thanksgiving and Christmas holiday.
Boer goat is a highly meat productive goat breed which originated from South Africa. They are of very big sized goat among the other popular meat goat breeds. They also produce milk highly, but mostly suitable for meat production.
Lamb is sheep that is less than a year old. It is typically slaughtered when it is between four and 12 months old. The color of the meat ranges from pale pink to pale red and is generally lean. It's mild flavor also makes it versatile.
Feeder cattle are weaned calves that reach a weight of between 600 to 800 pounds. Ultimately they reach a weight of about 1,200 to 1,400 pounds.
Coturnix Quail have tender, flavorful meat and also produce many eggs that are used for a variety of gourmet dishes.
The shape of the body is long, broad, deep and full breasted, allowing it to carry an abundance of meat. The Pekin duck weighs around 8 lbs while the drake weighs 9 lbs.
Rabbit meat contains high ratio of protein, energy, calcium and vitamin than any other types of animal meat. The amount of cholesterol, fat and sodium is also less than other meat.Their meat is very testy, nutritious and easily digestible for all aged people.
